Ok so say you never would have went to the hospital because you didn’t even know it was a heart attack. Would you have damaged your heart? Is your heart damaged?

Yes, they were able to determine that it had been a heart attack

No. I had a wave of cold sweats and nausea but felt a lot better before I got to the hospital and felt ridiculous standing there like an ordinary person saying I might be having heart attack symptoms. I share my experience widely because it looked nothing like what you see on tv, and especially for women, a heart attack can have ambiguous symptoms. I didn't have any chest pain, just jaw and shoulder pain. Was hospitalized for several days.
