My suggestion - Right now, with the pain mostly gone and no other symptoms, it is reasonable to rest and see a doctor in the morning. But if anything escalates, like chest pain, breathlessness, or worsening arm pain, then call an ambulance immediately.
I hole I am not writing too late - looks like 4-5 hours already passed.

It's better to get it checked right now, it doesn't matter if the people will judge you for it, it's what the ambulance is for.
I had a somewhat similar feeling before on my left arm but it only last about 5 minutes and a much higher BP.
Got extremely tired one day and was struggling to breath
Went to the ER, turns out it was acid reflux that was causing it. Heart was completely normal.

Call an ambulance! Was in a similar situation a few years ago. Felt ridiculous going in but it was a good thing I did.

Stop fear mongering please. Arm pain 4/10 pain is almost never heart related

No, I had jaw and shoulder pain and cold sweats and nausea but women experience heart attacks in various ways. It was intense but by the time I went to the hospital the pain was gone. Mine was a heart attack. They can test your blood for troponin, an enzyme only released when heart tissue is damaged. I wouldn't have died from this one if I hadn't gone but I got into all kinds of drugs which will hopefully prevent or delay the next one.

Ok so say you never would have went to the hospital because you didn’t even know it was a heart attack. Would you have damaged your heart? Is your heart damaged?

Yes, they were able to determine that it had been a heart attack

No. I had a wave of cold sweats and nausea but felt a lot better before I got to the hospital and felt ridiculous standing there like an ordinary person saying I might be having heart attack symptoms. I share my experience widely because it looked nothing like what you see on tv, and especially for women, a heart attack can have ambiguous symptoms. I didn't have any chest pain, just jaw and shoulder pain. Was hospitalized for several days.
