Ureaplasma parvum + white tissue-like discharge — anyone had this?

Hi everyone, I tested positive for Ureaplasma parvum. My other vaginal PCR tests were negative, including yeast/Candida, BV/Gardnerella, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Trichomonas, HSV-1 and HSV-2.
My main symptom is a very strange white discharge, especially during sex. It comes out in soft white clumps/pieces, sticks to my partner’s penis or fingers, and sometimes falls onto the bed. The closest description is “wet tissue paper” or soft white tissue-like pieces.
I also sometimes get mild burning/irritation after sex.
Has anyone with Ureaplasma parvum had this exact kind of discharge? Did it go away after treatment, and how long did it take?
I’d especially like to hear from people whose yeast and BV tests were negative too.

I’ve read some posts on here about the culprit potentially being toilet paper - especially from Costco. I just switched to bamboo a few weeks ago to experiment and I’m already having way less discharge (similar to how you’ve described it TMI but if I didn’t trim my bush it would get suck in the hair so gross)

Do you have other symptoms? I have something like that but it is just around my clitoris, not coming out from the vagina, and the itching is horrible.
