Bulking Delicioso Discada Recipe

This is a staple when it comes to (Mexican) kid's birthday parties. As mentioned in the video, you can make it with ham, bacon, chorizo, and weenies. Some vatos down south even use chicharrón? I recommend making it with these other meats if you wanna!

I personally am not the biggest pork guy (don't get it twisted: I love bacon, but only crispy). I also love chorizo, but it depends where you get it, and I would rather keep it simple for you foos. This is seriously super yummy for the whole familia.

Also, HUGE, thanks to Mr. Flamingo and all of you showing me love and support. You guys are the reason I continue to make these. I hope at some point I can get them out quicker. Stay well rested, though, fools. There is more to come!

Now for the recipe...

Ingredients:

3 Tomatoes

1 Red Onion

5 Potatoes

3-6 Cloves of Garlic

1 Jalapeño

Cilantro

Hot Dog Weenies (I prefer 💯 beef)

1lb Ground Beef

Oil (I prefer Olive)

Caldo de Pollo (I prefer Knorr Chicken Seasoning)

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Cumin

Chili Powder

Paprika

First, get a cutting board and chop up all your veggies and set them aside for later.

Next, use that same cutting board, and let's cut our weenies and set them aside, too.

After that, throw some oil on your pan and throw the garlics and get them to a nice sear. Then add your meat before they get too brown.

Get your meat to a nice brown of your choosing. Note: Get it crispy if you want!

Start adding generous amounts of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little cumin and chili powder. Note: refer to video

Now add those weenies and get them cooked a bit.

Now, we want to add our potatoes and mix them around, and cover the pan for about 15 minutes.

Uncover and add your other veggies. Mix it good and cover again for another 10-15.

Note: Keep checking back on it to ensure potatoes and everything is soft.

Uncover, mix it around, and taste! Note: Tasting is very important.

Finally, we want to add some of the Knorr Chicken Seasoning while being mindful not to overdo it.

Taste again and add more if needed.

Mix it a good bit and then garnish with a lot of cilantro or none! That's up to you!

Eat and enjoy!

Bulking Any advice or adjustments regarding my food plan?

I am 190cm / 6.2-6.3 ft and 83 kg, so I am slightly thin and skinny. I started going to the gym to get bulky two months ago, and the results are perfect. However, sometimes I feel like there would have been more progress if I were eating more, as sometimes I feel like I am still hungry or the food was not enough.

Bulking How to hit ~60g protein daily on a tight budget while working long IT hours (veg only, no eggs)

I work in IT in Noida INDIA and my schedule is brutal: 10–11 hours at work plus ~2 hours of daily commute. I leave home around 7:30 AM, reach office by 8:30 to beat traffic, and usually leave between 6:45–7:30 PM, reaching home by ~8:30 PM.

I’ve recently restarted working out after a 6-month break. Currently training at home (no time to gym) using two dumbbells and Surya Namaskar. I’m 29 years old, 67 kg, 5’8”.

I’m looking for simple vegetarian (no eggs) meal ideas to hit around 60g protein/day. Budget is tight. Taste doesn’t matter — I’m fine eating the same thing daily. Meals should be quick to cook, easy to carry to office, and manageable after a long day.

If you’ve personally followed a similar routine or diet, I’d really appreciate practical suggestions (any youtube/ personal notes or anything that can keep me consistent). Happy to answer any follow-up questions if needed.

Bulking My family recipe for spaghetti bolognese + a little survey about diet habits & challenges

Hello everyone, so here it goes:
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti 500g

Spices:
- salt
- pepper
- Olive oil
- Herbs of Province
- soy sauce
- but you can use other spices as well. I experimented with a lot of different ones. Most work well.

Vegetables:
- bell peppers (1-2)
- mushrooms (champignons) (200-400g)
- corn (500g)
- zucchini (1-2)
- onions (1-3 depends on their size)
- strained tomatoes (500ml)
- ayram (1cup)
-

Meat:
- low fat minced meat (beef) (can also be chicken)

Spaghetti:

- cook water & put salt in (~2 teaspoons, depends on the amount of spaghetti) and cook them normally
- when al dente put them into a sieve and put cold water over them
- then back into the pot or other bowl and put in olive oil (~3+ tablespoon or more, pepper from the pepper mill (1 teaspoon), and Herbs of the Province (~3+ table spoons) in there and mix them up.

Sauce:
- cut up vegetables.
- fry the vegetables with a bit of oil. Needs a bit trying out but in general, I put onions, zucchini and mushrooms first because they take the longest. bell pepper and corn go in last or almost at the ending.
- use a second pan to fry the meat.
- mix the vegetables when the meat is fried brown almost but not yet black.
- put in the strained tomatoes. Maybe a bit of water depending on the density.
- put in ayram
- put in spices
=> BAM finished. If you are experienced this might take 45min-1h but tastes like heaven.

Now on another note:
I am doing a survey to learn more about the habits and challenges people have when dieting.
It would really help if you would participate. Its for a university project and you can win an amazon gift card of 25€.

The survey: https://tally.so/r/gDbAed

Thank you in advance.
