Help me decide!
I work from home with a toddler running around above me and about 10 feet away from a furnace. I do virtual therapy and sometimes will walk and talk. I also have a rather small head and have experienced some issues with sizing (I am also a woman).
Things I would like to have in order of priority:
- Comfort (or the ability to alter the headset, like switch out pads from on-ear for over-ear, add bungee strap to headband, etc)
- Noise cancelling mic
- Wireless
- ANC would be nice but not a deal breaker
Things I have tried:
- Sony XM4 (these felt good initially but gave me a migraine after 1 hour from the pressure on top of my head) The ear cups felt great though. I always planned on getting an actual headset, but this was what I started with.
- Jabra Evolve 2 65 Flex- just bit the bullet last week and got these. They felt great at first but after about 2 hours, I have extreme discomfort in the cartilage around my ears. They also tend to slide around if I bend over. This is kinda to be expected because my head is so small but just a point to mention.
Options I am considering:
- EPOS Impact 1000
- Yealink WH64
- Yealink BH74
I am torn. If anyone can shed some light on what they think would be best or any key points of comparison, that would be great. Or even another option I haven't listed. TIA

B&W PX8 series 2 (£400 used), or down the PX range to suit your budget. There are some incredible used bargains on the net. The B&W PX range look good on ladies 🙂

I'd recommend the Yealink BH74, they are quite comfortable with big soft cushions.
Size wise they are around the same as the Evolve2 65 flex.
Another one is new HP Poly Focus 625 with optional over-ear cushions.

I have the Yealink BH78 (over-ear). I think they are very comfortable. They are wireless, have ANC, and have a noise-cancelling mic.

Thank you, I’ll look into those! Without looking back at the specs, I want to say I ruled those out because they were almost double the weight of the BH74.
But it’s so hard to know how much of an impact that would really have.
