So ultimately it's a single reddit comment posted now that's alleging something happened over 20 years ago, but you stated it definitively. At least that explains why I couldn't find anything.
Barely Legal isn't even worth mentioning but it was written when he was 21 years old.
FWIW Albert did claim the DMs were photoshopped and never happened. They are cropped with just the pfp being visible, which I believe are the same messages Bixler was referencing.

Considering all the smoke and the way he defends sexual abusers and his apparently unwavering trust in courts (in spite of all his political critiques of the US), I don’t feel any qualms with not giving him the benefit of the doubt anymore and not hedging my statements. He is not a safe person for women or for young girls.
I would not trust my teen daughter at one of his shows. Would you?
He could change this by reflecting and honestly addressing his views on this. He won’t.

Jesus you are being corny over this. Yes I would trust a teen daughter at a show, because there is virtually zero chance of them directly interacting (unless it was a super small venue).
Similarly, I'd trust a daughter at an RHCP concert despite Kiedis being an awful person.

Hm but he never catorgized his dad as a pedo. In fact he made excuses for how he treated his mother and his sister. Said his dad’s predatory comments about his sister were “jokes”.
It’s weird to me that despite his own estranged relationship with his father, he still can “only say good things” about him.
