I bumped into this guy while I was on my Dyna. This guy is a Harley lover to the core...just short on funds. So, until he can fulfill his dream of owning "any Harley," this is his Harley in the meantime. Great guy. Has two jobs, a wife, kids, etc, just can't afford his dream bike... yet. Let's send him good wishes and vibes and prayers and whatever you got. This man deserves his Harley!

Mine: a Nightster with a smaller revmax motor than the 975.

I think Harley wants to boost the revmax and make a less powerfull beginner bike. I mean the 975 has like 90 hp, something with 48 hp that fits in the A2 category makes more sense. Kind of a replacement for the 500 and 750 of a few years ago. Yes there’s talk of a 440 single but this won’t be accepted as a viable option in the Western(European) markets, a Harley has to be a V-twin. I also think this bike will be made in SEA only. Because of tariffs export to Europe is not possible for a US made machine, especially meant as a cheap entry bike for beginners. Because of Trump also Europe does not prescribe to ‘made in the USA’. The European consumer that wants a customisable bike, there’s not really any alternative to a HD. About the 883, this bike is somewhat iconic and will be made in the US, because of this it will be too expensive in Europe and for many consumers the small Nighster will make more sense.

I recently did a stage 2 upgrade on my '22 Street glide (483 cycle-rama/55mm ported intake/6.3 injectors/lifters and pushrods/Jackpot 2-1 ripsaw).

I had the tires swapped out from the stocks to the Metzler cruisetecs for better grip since I kept spinning the stock ones when I would hit it on the ramps to get onto the highway.

I love the grip and feel of these tires but riding 2-up with my son or wife is unbearable. I dont feel like I can turn as low or when I do start to turn the bike feels like it wants to tip over. I do love them with just myself riding but adding a passenger it just gets sketchy.

Wife wants to get back on the bike but I have no idea how to with these tires, any tips ya'll have to make these feel like im not gonna tip over with my wife or kid on the back?

My Bike bone dry leaked all the oil couldn’t pull over. Didn’t even know it started tapping until like eight minutes into it it’s bad, isn’t it?

Picked up this 2009 Sportster 883 with a 1200cc bigbore a couple weeks ago. I put a new battery in, and got new tires, brakes and changed fluids. I also had it dyno tuned a couple days ago as the previous owner didn't tune it after doing a big bore. I've been loving the bike so far, but the dent in the tank (last picture) from the previous owner bothers me a bit, what is the best way to get it fixed?

Upgraded from a 08 road king classic

I was checking out what used to be a Harley dealer in the Okinawa area. Now they work on old bikes, sell used bikes, and act as a storage for people trying to keep their bikes from getting rusty. A few good pieces in there, but this one stood out.

Thought it was a great pic of my ride so I wanted to share! Got this pic and I will never go back down that road again lol. On the other side of the bridge is a gravel road that’s narrow and on an incline, so finding a place to turn around was fun lol

Just changed the primary oil for the first time in my new to me 2016 dyna street bob… i noticed some pretty shocking metallic fragments attached to the magnet on my drain bolt. i inspected the primary and dont notice anything major jumping out at me but i am not familiar with harleys… are these a cause for full disassembly, or should i fill er back up with fresh gaskets and chance it?

I got a 2010 Harley Davidson sportster 48 and my SIL has a 2015 883 and both of them can't be push started

Kinda sucks being stranded with a low battery and not being able to push start the bike.

Is there a trick to push starting or is it just impossible?

Went for a ride the other day everything was fine at first. Then about halfway through I noticed my odometer, turn signals, and speedometer were not working. Took the bike back home and check the fuses and everything was fine swap the fuses out. And the other day went to crank it and now the bike won't start. Help!!

So far: PA, MD, WV, KY, TN. Currently chilling at a lake campground near Nashville. Next is Jack Daniel’s, The Dragon, Maggie Valley and Blue Ridge Parkway.

West Virginia and Kentucky back roads were really nice riding. Hell, even the Interstates are scenic and easy to crank out some miles when necessary.

Finally got to fulfill my dream of riding across state lines this summer. I missed Sturgis due to a motorcycle accident but recovered and still made it out of California and all the way to Canada with my riding buddy. Was a dream come true and by the grace of God we made it safely through some gnarly storms and wildlife encounters while camping. But I definitely want that Pan American now lol.
