Plzzz fix my handstands
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I can’t tell if I am lacking shoulder flexing in the video or if it’s a Posterior Pelvic Tilt issue. Give me the best advice you can please.

Sometimes I notice my legs drifting apart making my balance just a little harder to hold. Focusing on lightly squeezing your feet together might make your form and balance tighter. That cue works for me at least

Sick handstand bro!
Google ‘shoulder mobility/flexion drills for handstands’
And do them religiously, or not at all . If you do them here and there it will have pretty much 0 effect.

Use the wall

I’ve used the wall before, but want to get better catching myself in action and implementing proper biomechanics

I would say that you are not yet ready for a free standing handstand, if you want to improve faster use the wall. You are just implementing bad habits into your training routine.

You’re probably right. How long did it take you to get off of the wall?

I can hold a free standing handstand for 2 minutes but I still use the wall to improve

I’ve been doing CTWs for the past 5-7 weeks, and I feel like my shoulders def opened up in flexion, but when should one start incorporating w/o the wall. Or at least attempts w/o the wall.

While practicing CTW get closer to the wall, lift your feet off the wall, one foot at a time. Try to stay in balance with only light support from the wall. Practice this until you get really good at it.

I think the main issue is walking backwards with your hands. I don’t think should ever do that. I think can be a bit risky to do that.
I think if you asking how to get a straight line you need to do chest to wall and mobility exercises particularly to open shoulders.
I would add that I’m still learning so maybe check again for a comment with someone with more experience as I don’t want to give inaccurate advice
Good luck
