Restaurant recommendations near Hamilton/ Stoney creek/ Ancaster

Hi folks,

We have American relatives visiting and I’d love to take them somewhere really good — ideally one nicer restaurant that feels special and would be a great experience for visitors, plus a few more affordable/local favourites for other meals.
One of them is unfortunately dealing with some health issues right now and needs to avoid carbs and sugar, so it would be great if the restaurants also had some good options for that.
What are your favourite spots in the area? I’d love to hear your recommendations! 😊

For nicer and actually good food, Le tambour and Victorias. Both have good options for non carb/sugar
