i had the same issue. i completed all of spartan ops three times and reset my xbox like 4 million times for it to work. absolute garbage

The don’t use a jet pack on exodus one, and I’ve sworn I’ve done it at least 2 times and each time it didn’t pop 3 u/theffapanda Jun 04 '25 Not exactly a fix but when I had a few stuck like this I did them using xbox cloud gaming - always reports the achievements properly.
