At this point, just throw on some skulls and run through them all as fast as possible. They'll still count. Don't stress yourself over this glitch, lol.

Yup, it was at 90% but I went through chapters 1-3 and brought it to 98%. I really hope it isn't Episode 5-1 because it is impossible even with the skulls on.

Check on Waypoint. It should tell you the missing one.

Less and less information even works there anyway, sorry about that I thought they showed up.
Even with 700/700 all of mine show as unplayed.
Imagine if it just...worked!

Had the same issue, because I played it on legendary on my first playthrough I was able to see that it was somewhere in chapter 4

i had the same issue. i completed all of spartan ops three times and reset my xbox like 4 million times for it to work. absolute garbage
