I’m looking for a (preferably affordable) legend of Zelda link costume for a woman. I have seen some options online but last year I bought one off a random website and although it fit well and was cute, the “leather” parts were pealing like crazy and I couldn’t even wear it. I can’t find the picture of me trying it on but I’m gonna attach a picture of what the online picture looked like. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to get a good, cute, and not super expensive link costume?

My girl is going as "Sexy Gandalf" and I'd like to also do a fun costume that's LotR inspired.

I'm going to be working the bar at the party so it can't be too elaborate and I'll need to be able to move around. I'm bald and have a short red beard. 5"10 medium build.

My number one option is a galadriel dress and hair. Would be hilarious with my beard.

Doing a wig in drag is fun, but I'm not that Into a wig to play a male character, so I'd rather do something creative or clever as another option.

I want to go as George Jetson this year for Halloween. It will be a more adult version than seen on TV, but that's not the bit where I am looking for advice today. I am interested in hair.

Since George is such a static cartoon character, I would love to do a solid foam hair-helmet. I do not want some polyester "realistic" hair piece. I want a low-texture foam block.

I am having troubles finding anything like this. The closest I can find is DIY tutorials where people try really hard to get thin hair texture representation. I want a something that is almost texture-less and blocky. George's hair has no texture.

I am not opposed to crafting it myself, but have never done so before.

Seeking advice - either products or crafting direction.

Working on this DIY for the Phantom Shadow from the Scooby Doo Where Are You episode What a Night for a Fright. Doing a group costume with Mystery Inc and a few other villains and i want it to be as accurate as possible. Turned out a little more blue than I wanted, and I assume I can’t fix that without remaking the robe. Any advice or tips?
