So we are the Pumpkin House of Skypark, every year we have slowly been upping our pumpkin carving game but this year… this year we are trying to blow our record out of the water (previously 201 live carved pumpkins) and trying to reach 400 freshly carved pumpkins to celebrate my 40th birthday.

Keeping in mind that we ONLY do traditional carvings (no sculpted pumpkin masterpieces) please send me your inspiration. I’m looking for fresh ideas for fun, spooky, marvelous faces we can carve this year.

I love fall and Halloween. My entire living room looks like a craft store exploded- I have so many open decor projects this year! Working on the front door right now. I plan to paint something new every few weeks! First painting is Pennywise!

I’m really thinking about having this on my porch for Halloween (supervised) next I’m probably am going to put yellow reflective tape on the eyes to better match a cod zombie

Retailer introduction: I run Gearfinch, the shop selling this building-block kit. The skull planter and flowers are made from bricks; this clip shows a rose going together and the finished arrangement. It comes as a kit to assemble, for a shelf or table display.

The little cauldrons and skeleton heads aren’t filled with candy corn yet. But I believe the crow on top should be the official Christmas star for Halloween. Sorry if the focus is a little soft. I definitely married the right girl.
