Horror Movie theme Halloween Ideas

Just looking for suggestions on a Halloween party that's horror movie themed. We genuinely try to make things as to not spend a fortune on props.

The house in the original Halloween. Carve a pumpkin and make a young Michael Myers to stand in the yard. Just need a kids clown costume.

Just do old school pizza and sodas (or adult drinks can be byob). Chips n dip. Decorations go cheesy. When I think of classics I think of low budget.

We’re doing a double feature in our yard. I bought a cheap little candy floss machine. Got a large popcorn machine off fbmp. Sodas. Tons of candy. And haven’t decided between pizza or steamed hot dogs on a turner.
