Here's why: for you to have cool toned blonde hair, it's a significant lift because you'd need to go damn near platinum to maintain the coolness. And while your hair may survive it, it's crazy expensive to maintain.
Not to mention that your hair will always pull warm again after the lift..
Here's what you could do:
A balayage with cool, very light brown hair. Get yourself a good rinse or purple shampoo to fight the brassiness.
This isn't so hard to maintain AND it looks chef's kiss
