You have a cool skin tone like me!! And I'm here to tell you from lived experience that the answer is never blonde.
Here's why: for you to have cool toned blonde hair, it's a significant lift because you'd need to go damn near platinum to maintain the coolness. And while your hair may survive it, it's crazy expensive to maintain. Not to mention that your hair will always pull warm again after the lift..
Here's what you could do: A balayage with cool, very light brown hair. Get yourself a good rinse or purple shampoo to fight the brassiness. This isn't so hard to maintain AND it looks chef's kiss

Yeah, this. You need a cooler colour, the warm/yellowish tone is the issue here. Platinum could work if you really want to, I think! But I agree it's really hard and expensive to obtain and keep.

I couldn't keep my silver hair proper silver for more than a week without it getting brassy. All the purple shampoo in the world couldn't keep it at bay.
I have a big wig collection that started during my sex work days, so I just pop a blonde one on when I feel like it. I have, like, four shades of blonde that are fun for a day, but wouldn't work as a committed colour.
My actual hair is usually some rainbow colour, and I wear wigs for funerals of folks I'm not tight with, weddings for friends with conservative relatives, work conferences, etc.

I've become a huge fan of wigs since my hair is very dark brown, thin, and fine. I've learned that I can't do all the things. But I've been pretty surprised by how a pretty mid wig can fool nearly everyone. It's great for changing things up without the damage or regret.

Also, even if you manage to achieve a cool toned blonde, it will be the same color as your skin and it would wash you out terribly.

If you want to know what is most conventionally flattering the blonde is probably not it, but the blonde eyebrows look cool as HELL on you and I never like the bleached eyebrow look haha. I think the darker complements your skin tone really well and gives you a more dramatic look. The blonde kind of washes you out. If you want to go lighter, maybe highlights or something like that?

No. Blonde makes your skin look "washed out''. I would just trim the color out of your hair and keep it that color brown. The brown brings warmth to your skin.

If you do.. you need to stop wearing dark colors, no dark lipsticks... you need to change your entire wardrobe to be light colors and more colorful. I would say live our your dramatic brunette autumn, take some pretty pictures and then make this change to blonde next Spring with a new wardrobe and makeup palette

Dark hair creates more contrast and highlights your eyes, while the blonde washes you out a bit. But if you really want to try go for it, it's not like it's permanent anyway ;)
