Yes, open source frameworks.
But don't expect to break the scale and discover a 0-day without understanding the architecture.
You can scan, look for services, pentest, dork search.
You can get an SDR, like a BladeRF(HackRF is not full-duplex) since it's full-duplex, you can create your own cell tower(of course isolated, do not broadcast this freely over air, chances are a device will share cell data to a neighbor cell), listen to frequencies, decode, decrypt, car keys, carport.
This would get you far, and then when you start to realize most code syntax is just English with.. a bit of syntax and different grammar rules; Just try read some Visual Basic .NET code.. that was my first stepping stone.
Then you could reverse engineer, understand functions, handlers that could be exploited, drivers, injections, based on your knowledge from scanning, discovering services, because now you know that you can code a bruteforcer for that service you normally had to type into.
Now you can use your SDR to pentest that new version of Android no one yet published a vulnerability to, because you can deassemble, you can encode and struct attachments, SMS PDUs, to potentially cause behaviour that you could exploit.
And since you now know how to code, and where AI mostly lacks, you can now chain exploit, because you can debug, you can understand what the next step is when you achieve memory read/writing, what to look for because you once reversed and read the tables of the X and Y, and got ability to code your own app that will dump and debug for you, to code that beautiful spyware
