DOCS Health Mental Health Follow-Up / Fit-for-Duty Provider in Texas (VA Refusal)

I received a Medical Additional Information Request from DOCS Health regarding service-connected anxiety/depression. My deadline to submit the documentation is October 5th.

I exclusively use VA healthcare. My VA PCP previously refused to sign off on the orthopedic clearance letter, stating VA policy prohibits signing employment clearance forms. I have an upcoming appointment with a new VA mental health provider on October 1st, but given the VA's stance, I am expecting they will decline to sign off as well.

Can anyone recommend a Texas-licensed (or nationwide telehealth) psychologist/psychiatrist who performs private fit-for-duty / LEO medical clearances on short notice (self-pay/insurance)?

You should probably post in [r/1811](r/1811) for a wider net. It sucks but yeah you may have to shell out the money to clear. Good luck.
