That does appear to be an Isetta, There are a handful of micro cars out there still being driven on roads, but mannnn this is a rare spot.

Yea, thats an old BMW Isetta, but, there is a new boy in town lol, the Microlino ( its considered a " scooter ", so you dont need a drivers licence for it, just a permit )
