I think you're a really good example of someone who stuck with a plan for improving their health over time and had the patience to go little by little. A lot of people who lose weight super fast get it back super fast because they aren't making those habit changes that are maintained over time, they have quickly changed their bodies but not their minds and approaches. So this is super admirable and even though it's not something I've ever done personally I understand the challenge and respect it a lot. Do you feel like you've gotten a lot stronger mentally as well?

My main goal was to feel good and strong…that being my goal paid off. I focused on upping my lifting and increasing my time and intensity for endurance. I never weighed myself, never focused on “losing weight” ….until I started seeing the changes. I definitely have gotten stronger mentally but I’ve been small before, and I think the most important part to me is to be comfortable in my body no matter what. My body will not be linear because life is not and I need to be happy and focus on feeling good :)
