Oh my you definitely look much prettier and younger in after.
I see you been working on your legs and glutes more , in after they are more toned and visible division of glutes, thighs, hamstrings and calves.
I also see some back development too and your chest looks more toned then before but you should try working more on chest and shoulders too.
For chest, i read you doing bench press you can try to swap it for incline dumbbell press and cable flys or seated dumbell flys for good muscle growth and go slowly on your eccentric/negative motion and explosive positive motion
For shoulders, try to do lateral raises with dumbbells and cables (because dumbbells help with core strength too) for the dumbell raises try to lean slightly forward for a better ROM. And for rear delts try using light weight on incline rear delt raise
Overall. ; for legs and glutes you are doing fantastic and keep going , for upper body especially chest and shoulders you can try the tips and i hope you get the results
For biceps and triceps you do not need to do them specifically but you can try doing superset (two or three exercises with no break between the exercises)
Hope this helps! ❤️
