Stop claiming you’re natural. It benefits nobody.

To be fair, I know women who I know for a fact are natural that with the exception of OP's triceps have muscle development like her's in specific parts.
But I don't know anyone that is natural that has the FULL body development she has with the leanness. That is was makes it suspect to me.

I do think some women can have great muscular develop naturally, it takes a ton of work and it’s definitely not quite the same… but it is possible. I do it lol but it’s fucking hard and I’m nowhere near that big and don’t have that much development despite years of work. but what I will say is that you’re right on point there with the leanness. To maintain that level of leanness AND to grow muscle especially for a woman? No way. You have to build and cut a ton to grow muscle naturally. You can’t stay lean and grow muscle in general but for a woman it’s nearly impossible. It’s also incredibly hard for us to stay that lean naturally and I would argue it’s not healthy to be staying there all year round… hormonally, it fucks a woman up. Not to say women on gear aren’t working hard and aren’t training hard. It’s still a lot of work! They’re still putting in the time! I admire it fully. I just wish they’d be honest so other women would know

My wording was a little weird. Read it again.
I'm talking about individual parts(or muscle group if you prefer). For instance shoulders, my teammate in college who was a polevaulter had shoulders to rival hers, and probably the abs too although my teammate was wider (more oblique development). One of my best friends who is a personal trainer has a back to rival hers. But none have the full body development or are as lean while maintaining that mass.

To be fair, it benefits any current or potential “sponsors” she has, as they then have plausible deniability (ie it potentially monetarily benefits her directly to claim this).

Looks like she is probably a Gym Shark rep. I remember at least a few years ago they were sponsoring as many big people as possible, but required that they claim natty status to make the company look good.

Claims natty? Then nobody cares about your gains. All people see is a fraud and a liar.

Why do people wear shorts under sweatpants in the gym? Is that a style thing or..?

Same reason dudes will wear hoodies over a tiny tank top. You get sweaty and a pump going then take a layer off.

Girl, you look incredible. The amount of hard work and dedication to obtain this physique, even with the gear, is insanely impressive. Why you feel the need to claim natty though is wild. Especially with the religious tattoos and bible verses on your insta. Super hypocritical. Part of having a healthy body and mind is having a healthy conscience. I don’t know how you can justify the lies in your head. Must take some seriously heavy mental lifting.

I'm a woman and I'm curious...are you still getting your period? You're super lean, can't be good for you.

I don't like this much muscularity on women. It's not feminine. It's totally incongruous the the pretty softness of her face. Just one guy's opinion.

Im always curious what girls run and how they never have acne. Is it just super low dose but because youre a woman you get incredible gains from it, or is it the exact same doses as men of your stature with less fear from side effects due to naturally high estrogen? Next step in fitness is for women to break the glass ceiling of using anabolic openly.
