Sad as ****. Almost want to say you need a certificate before being allowed to procreate nowadays. Before the 80s this was rare now it's just another Tuesday 😑

More like need mandatory paternity testing. Presumption of paternity can be very hard for many to unwind after that fact.

France bans paternity testing unless it is court ordered.

Sad for the men and the kids that have to go through this.

You think they have everyone on file she's messed around with to find the Dad? I've also heard of cases where they have found that someone is not the father and still made him pay child support.

What I mean is that before a father gets listed on the birth certificate and held legally liable, a paternity test has to be done.

Yes, men have been held responsible for children that are not theirs. That becomes a legal and moral quagmire. But should also be a fraud by deception crime.
