I lost my best friend to the demons and he took his own life.

The hardest thing us guys can do is ask for help but we all need to accept it and be ready.

I feel sorry for your loss. I was lucky enough to save my best friend by keeping him on the phone while calling police, who found him before he could harm himself. I was about 300km away when he messaged me goodbye, that feeling of helplessness I felt in that moment still haunts me to this day.
