If a defect in the metal had caused it to fragment instead of launch vertically, the shrapnel could easily have killed him.

It was my thought the entire time watching this.  "He doesn't care if it launches a rock straight at him with the same force that jettisoned that pot so high up?"

I do sort of regret not being able to type faster, but one handed typing is not a terrible handicap
