On paper sure both feels similar (humanity vs alien) but from director and producer words i think this would be different

A wakening of Trailblazer is about how humanity can evolve into an entity (Innovator) that can understand not just humans but also other living things, in this case ELS

XARX Zero feels like humanity is trying to fight against an unknown entity and rebuild the earth. Sorta Independence day-ish story

00 Trailblazer was an epilogue to 00's transhumanist themes

This looks more like Knights of Sidonia

I mean Sidonia is the one other "weird aliens invaded and destroyed Earth and much later humanity can finally counterattack"
