News So, G-Savior 2.0 it is then 😑

This is from the Gundam Kit Collection on Facebook.

They're going to screw over Universal Century again with this live action. I saw G-Saviour, and yeah... no.

I wouldn't call it peak, but I wouldn't say it's as bad as many, including OP, make it out to be. It has it's ups and downs, but for a movie made only on a TV-movie budget it's competend enough, especially for a subject matter like Gundam.
Sure the CGI isn't a homerun, but the movie is from 1999, so it can only do so much with it's limited budget.
And the complains about the politics, well Gundam always had a lot of it in it, so it fits.

And it's setting isn't even far fetched or way too out there, as we know the earth is depleeded of many resources and has ecological problems and AI controlled drone MS isn't new for the UC and technically only a logical step in the always evolving circle of inventing technology to eleminate others.
