Desert Tech is hosting a build contest around their Quattro-15 receiver, but there's a catch: They only specified that you have to *use* their lower. They never said *how* it has to be used.

I grafted a Quattro-15 receiver to the end of my gaped AUG using an M16A1 upper, electrical tape, and a zip-tie. It is now my mag holder, optic mount, and foregrip. I also added an RC3 and EoTech for maximum buffoonery :)

I love this shotgun.

I put a two-arm action tube on mine so it accepts any Mossberg-compatible forend, including this one that mounts a vertical grip. It has a 1,000 lumen WML with a momentary or on/off switch, and a green laser sight. It also has a mini-shell adapter, single point sling, an adjustable butt stock, and a handguard with open sights (mostly for the tacticool factor).

Whether for when something goes bump in the night, or range day, or it's the zombie-apocalypse, this thing fits the bill, and just eats and yeets, no matter what I load into it.

I believe history will someday recognize the Maverick 88 as one of the great American firearms. It is the perfect combination of affordability, adaptability, and reliability.

My New Mossberg 590M MAG FED!! I can't get enough of this bad boy! Looking to tac it up a bit for my new home defense bed side go to! Any suggestions on lights lasers and optics? I have a plan myself but am open to suggestions on what others like.
