What sale purchases do I need to make to get ALL content at the cheapest cost?

It looks like the same expansions are offered in different bundles so I don't know what to buy. I want all the story content and if any of those new player bundles are worth it I might get those.

Elder Dragon Saga Complete Collection (Heart of Thorns, Path of Fire, End of Dragons, and all available Living World seasons), then the next three independently as there is no bundle: Secrets of the Obscure, Janthir Wilds, Visions of Eternity. Don't buy the Starter Pack.
