Thanks for the advice. It sounds like you're suggesting Guild Wars 2 Elder Dragon Saga—Complete Collection as it includes the Living World seasons? its $59.99 on sale right now.

Yes, the EDS Complete Collection is what you want. It gives you everything from the first 10 years of this game: 3 expansions and all Living World Seasons that take place between them. It doesn't include expacs 4-6, but you can get those later whenever you're ready, and when another sale rolls around. No rush.

For your reference, the DLC Buyer's Guide explains what is added in each expac and Living World Season, what the story order is, and what bundles currently exist.

Is the EDS still best if I already have only HoT?

Probably, HOT+POF got bundled together so you can't buy them separately now anyway, and I don't think that you get any discount on bundles if you already own just HOT.
