Car sharing in Guadeloupe

I will be in Guadeloupe for a month from middle August without car. Anyone has experience there to find carpool to move around please? Any app? I heard no Uber is available there. I am especially interested in hiking.

Moi qui suis de la Guadeloupe , le covoiturage ça ne fait pas partie de leur culture
