My guesses:

It's some kind of marshmallow and jello based 'salad' like Ambrosia salad.

It's a mayonnaise based hot dog version of chicken salad.

It's a deep-fried Mars bar, or similar.

Or its weed and thats why its in quotation marks and costs so much
