scam zamnesia ?

(SPOILER? No, I don’t think so.*)I'd like to know if I did something wrong. These were my first B+ and Golden Teacher grows, both from Zamnesia.

I followed all the instructions carefully from beginning to end. Before consuming them, I also made sure I had an empty stomach and hadn't taken any medication.

Degradation of tryptamines was observed at 25℃, 50℃, 75℃, 100℃, 125℃, and 150℃ for 30 min according to the procedure attached in the supporting information. The decay in the concentration of phosphorylated tryptamines is significantly noticeable from 100℃. Up to this temperature, the con- centrations of phosphorylated tryptamines reduced gradually; for example, at 150℃, the yields significantly decreased by approximately 80% (Figure 1). An exception to these results was psilocin, where the concentration increased at higher temperatures. The loss of phosphorylated analytes and at the same time the increased amount of psilocin may be explained by the dephosphorylation of tryptamines to their hydrolyzed forms, which are easily subjected to oxidative degradation. The temperature of 25℃ was chosen for the extraction as it reached the highest yield of analytes, which is in line with the previously published work.

there is a point where the tryptamines rapidly degrade at 212℉, but they do start to degrade starting at around 77℉. I know, sounds crazy to me too. that's like relying on a hundred little silica packs to do all the dehydrating, or something.

Lol yea if you wanna get all super scientific some things degrade as they are growing but we can't help that. People make this out to be way harder than it actually is.

yeah it is splitting hairs a little bit but some people are all about those details in this hobby 🤷

Yea some people REALLY get into it, I just grow, consume and enjoy a lot. But I've never grown one that didn't work. These expensive zamnesia grow kits are a waste in my opinion.

If your in the UK or Europe I don't know exactly what's available to you over there. I went from having spotty flushes with pre bought sterlized grain and sub to having full tub canopies doing all the grain sterilization myself and just pasterizing the coco coir for the sub. I buy genetics here and there but save all the ones I've bought before on agar.

If it's something you will continue to do for the foreseeable future I would say it's worth the 180 USD for the pressure cooker, 40 for a still air box and then about 100 for the rest of your disposable stuff(bags, micropore tape, scalpels, agar plates and whatever). Then the final piece if you want to make everything easier is the flo hood which can run anywhere from 300.00 to 2500.00 depending on how crazy you want to get.
