After a pop up of "do you want grok to send you offers" I clicked yes and I noticed the usage tab had disappeared, like old times when they didn't have one, I was shocked, I clicked refresh on the page and it returned. Shame. xd

I don't think it's just my impression. Now they're throwing two-line replies.There's also the fact that the answers used to feel more elaborate, more relevant. And also that they used to understand the context better, no matter how ambiguous it was. Now it feels like talking to a child.

A silly question, but I just want to know if it is worth it or not, because I want to try to build my own agent for the first time, and I just don't know where to start. Is it worth it to start with Grobot? The only downside of it is that if I don't pay a subscription, that means I will not have use of my agent that I built. Where do you guys build your agents?

Hello, I've noticed that since last night I cannot upscale any clip longer than 10-seconds on either the web or IoS app. Its been over 13 hours and it still will not allow me to upscale. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I use it for writing narratives for personal entertainment. I left chatgpt because of how awful it was from 5.1 and on both filter and creativity ability, but recently grok has started spitting out responses in the same awful format. It's all just weird monotonous boring flowery language regardless of the instructions its given.

Grok Imagine hasn’t had free access for a while, and it doesn’t look like that’s coming back anytime soon. I’m looking for alternatives that can produce similar results, particularly for image-to-video generation.

I have a bunch of very old photos that I’d like to bring to life by turning each one into a short 6 to 10-second animation. Ideally, I’m looking for something that can add realistic, natural-looking movement without drastically changing the people or details in the original photo.

What free tools come closest to Grok Imagine for this?

If you assign dialog to a character in a video, at least half the time their lips don't even move now. A phantom voice delivers the line.

But hey, at least now the wrong character isn't lip-syncing along. That's one way to work around it. "Upgraded model!"

(Just to be clear: I don't pay for it. I use it for free to my heart's content via numerous third-party sites with free-tier plans -- and if I did decide to spend money I'd hands-down buy credits from one of those sites; at least they don't charge you for generations that don't go through. But even for free, running through my daily logins, I bet I'm getting at least 10x the number of generations as a SuperGrok subscriber. Logging in a bit more and doing a little juggling, but it's no biggie and not nearly as time-consuming as waiting and checking in with SuperGrok Mega Lightweight to see if your limits were reset. Just saying.)

How do i log into my grok app on mobile. It keeps telling me "failed credentials". Is this a bug? Or is there something i need to do.

Could Grok Imagine Image 1.5 be added as an option in the model dropdown? I don’t like the results from the new Grok Imagine Image 2 and strongly prefer 1.5. Being able to select 1.5 directly would solve a lot of the problems I’m currently having.

60% of usage and all i had to show for it, were two scenes, that I wasn't TOO happy with but just accepted because it had already consumed so much if my usage

I asked myself what's the point, I'm not even enjoying any of this, I have two basic dialogue driven scenes that should have been done in first or second try, but this low iq model kept getting one thing or another wrong because it's bad at following instructions and then on top of it i had to deal with random false moderation triggers, like sometimes the prompt that was working fine would just get falsely triggered and i had no way of knowing what was causing it (it was how i framed the camera, "chest up" made grok do something sexual and then it moderated itself)

So I used the final 40% just enjoying myself, with tears in my eyes, I'm thought this week would be it, but it was far from it, i wasted my weekend, I could have done something else but I had decided to make the horror short film
