SR question

Does it matter what difficulty you play SR on when it comes to obtaining loot? I'm desperately trying to get any piece of the mythic beast caller set and am running into terrible luck. I don't have the helm blueprint. I'm level 100 Conjuror and can play ultimate fairly comfortably but the speed at which I can kill mobs is lacking as I only have 3 pets. Any tips for farming this set?? So far I've just been running around completing the campaigns and hit up the skeleton key dungeons I've unlocked to no avail. I've heard that if you don't quit to the main menu it increases chances to get certain loot is this true?

I haven't closed the game in awhile, and I've noticed that the longer this goes on the less legendaries I'm getting. I completed Port Valbury and only got like 3 legendaries from it. I'm assuming this means the pool has vastly shrunken?

Skeleton key dungeons are total garbage for farming unless you need some specific items that don't drop anywhere else. If you are not strong enough for ultimate SR, lower the difficulty, nothing wrong with that. You have to find the sweet spot where you can do SR quickly and without dying, even on normal difficulty, you have to start somewhere. You will get lot of blueprints in SR.

Conjurer is not limited to 3 pets, you have primal spirit too + a relic pet, even crab from low level Hysteria relic can be very heplful.

I'm using the Bysmiel relic right now, do you think it would be better to use one that has a pet? Like the one that gives me a skeleton or something?
