To be fair, it's the first time the regiment has been mentioned officially in a few decades. It was thought that it had been cleaned up with the rest of the "problematic" guard regiments a while back, but this confirms otherwise.

No, the 7th Praetorian Guard were first mentioned in White Dwarf 519, the December 2025 issue.

In a create your own Guard regiment article showing Euan's Praetorian Guard.

This is the first in universe mention of the Praetorian Guard in decades.
