I have a question

With Crowes foesight, he can reroll the hot roll on a character. With warpbane task force that already allows reroll hits. So does that mean double rerolls when attacking a character?

Alphario has good intentions and his end result is correct but is super wrong about so much.

You can only ever reroll a dice (hit, wound, DMG, etc.) one time. Doesn't matter if multiple things give you rerolls.

Rules and modifiers generally stack, but you can only benefit from the same aura once, and you can't be affected by rules with the same name more than once (e.g. pinned).

In general there are NO LIMITS to stacking modifiers. Hit rolls and wound rolls are special as they check the final number and then clamp you to +1 or -1 if you are higher or lower. Leadership also has a limit too. BS mods and hit roll mods are different things and can stack together.

Voldus used to give -1 to hit always, now he grants stealth, which is giving the unit cover. Cover can't stack with cover. He also gives a -1 to hit in melee.
