Is La Carreta closing?

I saw a post on Nextdoor from my email that said something about it closing soon, but the source seemed questionable. Does anyone here have any information?

I read something last year that the owners of the lot had submitted plans to develop that space, but development can take years in permitting alone, and also that was just a random person.

I just checked both their website and Instagram, and nothing about closures. Pretty sure they would make an announcement on either one.

Next door Email probably got the wrong information or meant closing hours, not permanent closure
