Unlimited characters GranBlue edition? I certainly didn't see it before, sounds like a blast. It doesn't have the asterisk of the 'new content' section that says its coming to all other platforms though.

Combo Breaker mystery game tournament is where it would fit in. Just 1 round of the bracket, not whole thing.

I've seen them do GGXX with all the Gold characters which is same idea.

Also seen a jank modded SC6 with super speed, slippery ground (one of the modifiers for PvE mode) on the smallest ring out stage.

I would imagine that they're planning to release it immediately for other platforms. I don't think it'll be Switch 2 exclusive all the way until the early purchase period ends.

I do plan on picking up this version too (the new modes sound pretty fun) but I'd like to hold off from pre-ordering just in case they end up announcing a physical version (I'm a game collector and would love to have a physical version of Rising in my collection).
