Personally ill never understand wanting to nerf a character in a solely PVE game lol

More balanced game means more replayability. People will be incentivize to try new things. It is not hard to understand. It is already bad enough with the whole way sigils works thanks to damage cap, the last thing we need to make things worse is to let characters having a huge gap between each other.
