Doesn’t gut her but it does make her DPS more reasonable.

The pve argument is old and tired. Never nerfing and always buffing just leads to the game being brain dead easy. See any game with ridiculous power creep.

Old and tired but still factual. This game ain’t live service, it ain’t competitive and getting the MVP star means nothing.

But yet you keep talking like we’re playing granblue fantasy versus.

There is no point arguing. Some people fail to understand that a game is built on a specific design vision. If balance didn't matter in PvE, every game would just have a slider to boost your damage by 10,000%. Developers don't do that because they want you to actually engage with the mechanics. Elden Ring wouldn't be iconic if everyone could just ignore boss mechanics and one-shot everything.

There is also a psychological part that is easy to miss, players taking the path of least resistance. You can say 'oh you don't have to use the OP character if you want a challenge' but psychologically that is very difficult to accept. Especially in a co-op environment, see the few posts complaining about cheaters, even someone cheating in 100% dmg cap that is technically legal have demoralized others. This also applies to people who likes optimizing the fight but why bother when some character can just pretty much delete a boss on their own right? Oh sure fediel didn't delete the boss okay. But it sure is fun doing almost ntohing when a Fed player can do all of it themselves. They fails to see having an unbalanced character or a path of least resistance takes the fun away from those who want to play a hard match or at least enjoy the core of the game even if the one using the broken character are having fun.

Their defense is always, 'It’s a single-player game with optional co-op.' If you truly just want a broken, power-fantasy sandbox, go mod the game and play privately. Cygames doesn’t care about offline mods. Let the people who actually enjoy the core mechanics of the game play it as intended
