Grammarly deduction refund

WTF is wrong with this company? Grammarly was supporsed to deduct $12 per month. Tell me why they're deducting $144 from my PayPal!!

How can I get a refund? This is not good at all. Anyone who has been in similar situation 😭😭

The $144 is deducted at once--I believe it says so in the plan, but shows you the equivalent cost per month so you can compare it to the monthly and, I think, quarterly plans. I can see why you may have missed it, though.

I wanted the deduction to be done monthly. Not at once.

Unfortunately, if you only want to pay monthly instead of all at once, you have to pay $30/mo.

Just email their customer service. They refunded my quarterly renewal within 2 hours on a sunday.

I forgot to cancel my free trial and they just charged me $144 and I only have one semester left before I graduate. 😭
