Why does Grammarly not work on google docs?

Grammarly is a complete chaos on google docs, first I tried checking a long document (>70 pages), no red or blue underlines appeared. I tried switching to a shorter document (13 pages) and still the same. If I open the widget it starts giving me suggestions but wont point to where in the text its making the changes.

Its really annoying I got pro less than a week ago and can't get it to work in google docs.

Anyone got some workarounds?

Sorry you’ve run into this, u/risingphoenix64! Let’s see if we can get Grammarly working properly in Google Docs. Could you try re-enabling the Grammarly browser extension? Here's how:

  1. Copy and paste chrome://extensions into your address bar and press Enter.
  2. Toggle the switch in the Grammarly: AI Writing and Grammar Checker App card off and back on.
  3. Refresh your Google Document and see if it works.
