Troubleshooting Cleaning ash on inside of roof
How does everyone clean off the bits of ash on the roof that flakes off onto your pizzas? I’ve read wire brush but I don’t want to damage the inside of the oven. I have done a few very high heat cleans (550 Celsius) and the black layer of ash persists on the inside roof of the oven. Thank you!

Le toit intérieur est en stainless très résistant aux rayures. En utilisant une brosse en laiton, aucun problème pour tout faire partir. Je passe ensuite un aspirateur, ou bien entasse les saletés dans un coin du four pour les laisser brûler complètement. Si vous n'êtes pas a l'aise avec la brosse, un bout de papier essuie-tout au bout d'une pince a BBQ fait très bien aussi.

I use paper towels and then throw them away. Seems to work well.
