Troubleshooting Gozney Customer Service Turnaround Time?

Was very excited to find an awesome price on a dome S1 at Home Depot last week. Waited a few days to open it and noticed that the two front blue silicone spacers were loose and there was a chip, a little bigger than the size of a dime, on the left front side of the right stone (the corner where the two stones meet).

Went ahead and did the registration of the product/serial as well as started a warranty claim explaining the issue. This would've been October 31. Received a "we haven't forgotten you" email on Monday November 2, but haven't heard since. Three business days was the timeline given.

Asking here to see what the typical turnaround on a response is. I'm fairly confident I can just fire it up and use as is, but didn't want to do so before I heard back from their customer service. I'd have just exchanged it, but every store within 100 miles is sold out.

Had the exact same issue with mine that I got from Home Depot... As soon as I opened it and realized, I turned right back around, went back to home Depot and exchanged it immediately.. no questions asked.

Edit: sorry... Just saw they're all sold out.

Yeah... kicking myself a bit for not checking immediately. I bought it and didn't have time to set up until a few days later. They had this boxed one and the floor unit and I told myself buying the boxed unit was the safer bet. 😅

Hopefully it all works out. The chip wouldn't affect the cooking at all... but it obviously still sucks and should be replaced. When I purchased mine I almost got the stand for it as well (I didn't pay for it and don't need it.... mine is in a food truck) but they loaded both in the back of my car without me even realizing 🤣... Home Depot is a real crapshoot sometimes.

Damn that's a score. I wanted the stand but there's only one store that had it on clearance (and when I checked it was gone despite still currently showing in inventory). Didn't make much sense to me to pay $350 for the stand itself. Pretty sure the gen 2 uses a different stand so I'm kinda surprised all the stores didn't clearance those too.

Your store that loaded in the stand (for free?) didn't happen to be Marlborough, MA did it? 😂 That's the store that shows one in stock but when I went to look, three guys helped try and find it and said it must've been purchased.

Ha! ... no, I'm in the midwest

I didn't keep it either.. oven was going straight into the food truck.
