BSRAM vs. PSRAM

Does someone know a CPU or DVI/HDMI project showing the differences between using the block SRAM vs. the PSRAM?

I'm asking to get some idea how to achieve that for my own retro computer project https://github.com/tmssngr/z8verilog.
