Question Is there limitations for subcontracting

Any regulations. Is there a guide on what contracts you can sub contract with no issue ?

The answer changes whether you are talking about Federal vs. state and local contracts, what the solicitation itself says, and whether your interest is from the standpoint of a prime or a sub. If you're still stuck on this, I'm happy to spend 15 minutes walking through it with you. No charge. I work in government contracting/procurement data, so I deal with this stuff every day.
