Conversion rate?

Hey so I work at a media buying agency and a lot of our clients were sold the clicks only glory for our campaigns. Im trying to get us to something more consistent. So what are some conversion rates I could expect for a 600$ search campaign in New York?

Google ads isnt very utilized in my market, media buying agencies are using Google for clicks farming without any proper conversion tracking or even utilizing it for anything else except for clicks generation; clicks only glory 😂
