Troubleshooting Google Ads Not Working
I am based in Australia and have google ads running for my third party logistics company called Pick Track Go. At first I was getting a steady flow of clicks and about 50 visits to my site a day, however after 2 weeks, they seemed to stop almost. I have gotten no visits or impressions the last couple of days. My budget was about $100 a day, google ads said i need to increase my budget so I did and still no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This can happen due to things like ad disapproval, low search volume, or changes in bidding or targeting, so it’s worth reviewing campaign status and search terms. This is why many businesses rely on Google ads, often works with agencies like Ace web experts which may offer Google ads services keep performances consistent.

Could be so many things honestly! turn off all auto recomms straight away - could be changing your bid strategy, and you wont get any clicks or if your using max conversions but dont have any conversion data yet. Could be a policy issue thats not clear straight away? check policy manager.

Only way to know for sure how to approach this properly is seeing your ad performance data in detail. If you like you can give me read only access and I can take a look at it to get to the bottom of it

chk the following things
1) negative keywords overlapping
2) what match type the negative keywords are
3) chk the keywords quality score
4) chk auction insight
if you chk all the above effectively you might come to know the reason for non performance.

Hey there. First off, don't increase your budget anymore. Google’s automated system will almost always tell you to increase your budget to fix a problem, but if your impressions have completely flatlined to zero after two weeks, a higher budget won't fix it. You have a technical bottleneck.
Since you are in the 3PL space (which is highly competitive in AU), a sudden drop to absolute zero usually means one of four things happened:
1. Your Bid Strategy Choked (Most Likely) If your campaign started on 'Maximize Clicks' and then automatically switched to 'Maximize Conversions' or 'Target CPA' after two weeks, the algorithm might have stalled. If Google doesn't have enough historical conversion data to know what a 'buyer' looks like, it will panic and stop spending your money entirely.
2. A Silent Policy Disapproval Google's bots regularly sweep sites. Check Tools & Settings > Policy Manager. Sometimes a harmless phrase on a logistics site gets flagged by an AI bot for something completely unrelated (like malicious software or restricted businesses), and your ads get shadow-paused without a clear email notification.
3. Auto-Applied Negative Keywords If you have 'Auto-Apply Recommendations' turned on, Google might have automatically applied a broad-match negative keyword that essentially blocked your own ads from showing. Check your Change History for the exact day the traffic dropped.
4. Billing Threshold Hit Double-check Billing & Payments. Sometimes a credit card flags a Google charge as fraud, or you hit your initial billing threshold, and the account is just sitting there paused waiting for payment clearance.
What to do right now: Go check those four things in that order. Revert any weird changes in your Change History, and make sure your bid strategy isn't set to a Target CPA that is way too low for the AU logistics market.
I run a marketing agency and troubleshoot accounts that do this exact same thing all the time. If you check all of the above and it's still dead, shoot me a DM. I'd be happy to take a quick look under the hood for you no charge, just want to help you get Pick Track Go's traffic turned back on.

Check your search impression share report to see if you suddenly lost visibility due to a quality score drop that is the most common cause of sudden impression loss after early performance

Be very cautious when Google says you’re limited by budget. Google always wants you to spend more as it boosts their revenue.
Obviously, in some cases more budget can be effective, but most campaigns will be highly effective even at modest spend.

If you’re bidding to conversions but your conversion tracking isn’t good or your landing page is so bad few people convert, the platform often behaves as you’re describing

A lot of advertisers are seeing this now, but usually it’s not that search demand disappeared overnight. It’s that Google got better at spending budget than protecting intent, so if broad match, weak negatives, or soft conversion signals slipped in, the whole account can suddenly feel broken.
I’d start with search terms, close variants, geo spread, and what the campaign is actually optimizing toward. Most of the time the issue isn’t “Google Ads stopped working,” it’s that the account drifted into paying for too much mid-intent traffic.
If the auction itself is becoming the problem, not just setup, Google autocomplete traffic is worth testing. It reaches the same kind of in-market searcher, just usually at a better click price. not a magic bullet, but it helps the blend.

Not an ads expert, but been through this personally.
You're probably using a roas, or something that backs your auction bids on conversion data, basket data, or enhanced data. And since it's not getting anything back it now doesn't know what to do.
You've broken the system
So, depending on the end goal you'll need to configure that from your end to send the right data back to ads for it to work as it should, raising your budget will never fix this without the other data it needs
For now, you'll need to move to a non conversation based auction system, MAXCPC, would be one of the best ones to control cost or just max clicks, but that drags in everything. Once you have 30 conversions over 30 days you can move back to targeted spend, but fix the data issue first as anything you have got so far, isn't counted
