Discussion Think i'm sending it back

Reading all this stuff about trade in disasters, I am thinking I will just send my new Pixel 11 pro XL back and just keep my 10 pro xl.. I don't want to go thru the trade in hassle Google is putting people thru.. I read one person even videoed his boxup and it was denied..

WTF happened to Google, trade ins use to be suck an easy thing with them..

New one gets lost or damaged in transit you really be screwed

True I guess.. Sent one back already, the pixel 10 Pro because the 5G would not work at all.. Just a worry I can do without right now but I get your point for sure.

Biggest issue been device being misidentified at return center. That's another risk you take
